"For the Son of Man is Lord of the Sabbath." (Matthew 12:8)

"He went to Nazareth, where he had been brought up, and on the Sabbath day he went into the synagogue, as was his custom. And he stood up to read." (Luke 4:16)

"How much more valuable is a man than a sheep! Therefore it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath." (Matthew 12:12)

The LORD IESU did not say "Don't keep the Sabbath", rather what He meant is to keep the commandment, to keep the Sabbath holy, but do not follow the teachings of the Pharisees.

"This is what the LORD says: 'If I have not established my covenant with day and night and the fixed laws of heaven and earth," (Jeremiah 33:25)

Sabbath is reckoned from Saturday morning to Sunday morning! Click here for details.
